Supplier Credit Guarantee Program (SCGP) - Provides guarantees for exporters that extend credit directly to importers for the purchase of U.S. agricultural commodities and products. The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) guarantees a portion of the payments due from importers, under short-term financing of up to 180 days.
